The Economist is only published in English.

What happens if I wish to cancel my subscription?

   

You can cancel your subscription at any time during your subscription period simply by contacting our regional offices, or by sending a request to us at EconomistAsia.Subs@quadrantsubs.com. The outstanding amount will be immediately credited to you.

What if I wish to change my address?

   

Simply click on Change of details and enter your new address. Alternatively, you can notify our Subscription Department , or send your request to us at EconomistAsia.Subs@quadrantsubs.com. All subsequent copies will automatically be delivered to you at your new address.

What if I relocate to a different country?

   

If you move to a different country, we can arrange for your subscription to follow you, at no additional charge. Please notify our Subscription Department , or send your request to us at EconomistAsia.Subs@quadrantsubs.com. All subsequent copies will automatically be delivered to you at your new address.

What if I wish to temporarily suspend my delivery?

   

Provided the length of the suspension is a minimum of 4 weeks, temporary suspensions can be arranged with our regional offices , or by sending your request to us at EconomistAsia.Subs@quadrantsubs.com.

What if I miss an issue or my issue gets lost in the mail?

   

All claims for replacement can be made with our subscriptions department within 3 months. We will arrange a replacement for the missing issue to be sent to you. Please notify our Subscription Department , or send your request to us at EconomistAsia.Subs@quadrantsubs.com.

I have problems logging into the website even though my Login-ID and password are correct. What should I do?

   

Please ensure that the security settings on your Internet Explorer browser are set to 'default'. Or, if you have customised your browser settings, please ensure that Cookies and Java scripting are enabled. To change your security settings on Internet Explorer, click on Tools from the menu bar and choose Internet Options. Select the Security tab and click on the Default button.
